Looking for professional venue hire in Hull or the wider Humber region? The Aura Innovation Centre offers one of the area’s leading business event venues, with versatile spaces ideal for conferences, meetings, workshops, exhibitions, assessment centres, film premieres, and more.
Our light-filled, modern event spaces adapt to your needs – whether you’re planning a large conference or a small team session. AV facilities, including screens, projectors, microphones, whiteboards, and flipcharts, are included at no extra cost. We also support hybrid meetings, perfect for combining in-person and virtual attendees.
A quick guide to which room is best for your event:
Conference Rooms
Recommended for large conferences, but with the added flexibility to be split into 3 individual spaces for smaller events or breakout areas. Seats up to 180 theatre style, or 130 cabaret style.
Technology Demonstration Area
Recommended for networking events, exhibitions or conferences. Seats up to 120 theatre style, 80 cabaret style or 180 for informal networking.
Mezzanine
Recommended for informal meetings, networking, drinks receptions, lunch or refreshments.
You’ll receive use of our mezzanine area free of charge when you book the Conference Suite and Tech Demo Area for your event!
Boardroom
Recommended for meetings, presentations or small workshops. Capacity is 10, around a large table.

As a sustainable events venue, we generate our own electricity via rooftop solar panels and prioritise eco-friendly catering options wherever possible.

- WE'RE ACCESSIBLE
Aura Innovation Centre offers fully accessible venue hire in Hull, designed to ensure a welcoming experience for all guests. Our building features step-free access and a lift to the first-floor conference suite. Accessible toilets are available on every level for your convenience.
We also offer an audio induction loop—please request this when booking—and designated disabled parking bays are located directly outside the main entrance.

- Free chilled filtered water, topped up throughout the day.
- Free conference supplies, on request. Whiteboards and pens, flip charts, sticky notes, display boards etc.
- Use our reception to greet guests, manned 8am-6pm. For larger events, we can set up a digital sign-in, complete with your branding and upload your attendee list in advance to speed things up on the day.
- Free use of all our facilities, including parking (including electric charger points, subject to availability), secure cycle storage, shower/changing room, coat rack and luggage storage, and outdoor seating for breaks in warmer weather

You’ll receive use of our mezzanine area free of charge when you book the Conference Suite & Technology Demonstration Area for your event!
The Technology Demonstration Area or Conference Suite can be used to gather all your guests, with the other rooms used for breakout spaces or stands. The mezzanine is ideal for refreshments or networking.
Add on the Boardroom too, which makes a great green room or HQ for event organisers.
