Refreshments
We can provide refreshments on the day – just ask when you send through your booking. For all events, we’ll provide free chilled filtered water, topped up throughout the day.
You can also add the following packages to your order:
Tea break package
A selection of traditional, fruit and herbal teas, coffee and milk, plus a range of biscuits. A variety of non-dairy milks and vegan or gluten-free biscuits are available on request.
Sunrise package
Ideal for breakfast meetings, a selection of traditional, fruit and herbal teas, coffee and milk, plus a range of cold fruit juices. A variety of non-dairy milks are available on request.
External Catering
We’re happy for you to bring in outside catering for breakfast and lunch buffets, pastries, afternoon tea, cake or canapes. If you need advice on caterers, just ask – we have a number of local caterers we can put you in touch with.
If you’re ordering outside catering (for example, a lunch buffet) we’ll receive, refrigerate, store and set out the food, and then clear up afterwards – just let us know what time you would like it serving. We can provide everything you might need – plates, cutlery and napkins – and we also offer free compostable takeaway boxes so your guests can help themselves to any leftover food, to avoid food waste.
We can also accommodate catering vans, so if you’re looking at making your event lunch a bit different, why not think about a fish and chip van, or wood-fired pizzas? Just let us know so we can reserve space for them.
