This afternoon of panels and roundtables will shed light on these questions, while also asking what role research and knowledge organisations such as universities should play in the devolution process. There will also be opportunity to ask questions of, and network with, experts from the University of Hull and policy makers working in Hull, East Yorkshire, and further afield across Yorkshire.
