This Humber Business Week, we’ll be putting the spotlight on the issues that women face at work.
From imposter syndrome to employment law, leadership to encouraging older women back into work, we’ll explore how together we can shatter the glass ceiling.
This event is for everyone – women and men – who want to see a more equal, diverse and inclusive workforce. We’d encourage everyone interested in the subject to attend, whether you’re a business leader, involved in EDI, or simply want to take away inspirational tips on how you can fulfil your potential at work.
We are delighted to announce Chief Constable Chris Rowley from Lancashire Constabulary (former Deputy Chief Constable in Humberside) and Jo Fleming, Multi Award Winning Business Women and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Hull as our keynote speakers. They will be setting the scene on the issues of EDI and sharing their experiences from very different perspective. It is important for all organisations to ensure that male colleagues understand these issues and champion diversity in the workforce.
The event will take place 10am-3pm, to allow flexibility around home commitments.
